Cost:

What does it cost for a monthly site?

Please call for our rates. We do require a 1-month security deposit.

What is included in my site fee?

The site fee covers the cost for your ground rent, water and sewer usage. Additional charges are incurred for any electricity used or propane filled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard & Discover).

Is there a charge to use the WiFi?

No, the WiFi is free, although it is password protected. Simply ask for information when you arrive in order to access the WiFi network.

Does your site rate change if I stay longer than 1 or 2 months?

No, our monthly rate stays the same year-round. It is not dependent upon the length of your stay.

Can I rent a site for just 1 or 2 nights?

Sorry, but no. We rent our sites by the month for long-term stays. We generally do not rent sites on a daily or weekly basis.

Amenities:

What is included at my site?

All sites are full hook-up, meaning they have water, sewer, and electric service at the utility post. You will also have a picnic table, fire ring, and stoned pad for your camping unit. Most sites are also fairly shaded.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we have free WiFi throughout most of the property. If this is important to you, please let us know when making your reservation.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No, we no longer have a swimming pool for guests. Few people used it and so we closed our pool facility. However, there are several local swimming pools that are open to the public.

What type of electric service do you have?

All of our sites have 30 amp electric service. If this is a concern, we recommend running as many appliances as you can on propane gas.

Can you fill propane tanks (LP gas)?

Yes, we try to fill tanks as they are needed, but it is your responsibility to monitor your usage and let us know in advance when you will need propane.

Miscellaneous:

How do I make a reservation?

Please give us a call and leave a message with the details of your stay including: the date you would like to check in, the date you may be checking out (if known), the length of your camper, number of adults and children, and of course your name and phone number. We will get back to you as soon as we can with our availability and rates. We also have an application that needs completed before​ your arrival.

What are your hours?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not keep an official office at the Campground or have regular hours. Please call for information as opposed to just dropping by. We will return your call as soon as we can.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome. However, they must be on a leash whenever they are outside your camper and you must clean up after them!

What if I am having trouble with my camper while I'm there?

If you're new to camping or are having a simple issue with your camper, we will endeavor to assist you if we can. However, we are only responsible to make sure you have water, sewer and electricity to the utility post on your site. There are local RV dealers that perform service and repairs as well as some mobile RV repairmen that we can refer you to.

Can I live in my tent?

No, we only rent our sites for camper trailers or motorhomes.

Do you have cabins or campers to rent?

No, we provide only the campsite and utilities. You must bring your own camper or RV.

The Barn:

I heard you rent out the Barn - is that true?

Yes, there is a barn on the Campground property that can be rented for small events and gatherings. The upper level is one open room with a refinished wooden floor and fridge/freezer. It works great for birthday and graduation parties, family get-togethers, baby and bridal showers, even small weddings or receptions.

Does it have heat and air conditioning?

Yes and no. There are large heaters to keep the room warm in the colder months. Although there is no AC in the building, we have multiple ceiling fans and windows that can be used to keep air moving.

What is the capacity?

The Barn can hold about 50-75 people. There are several rustic tables and benches that can be used, or you are welcome to bring/rent your own tables and chairs.

What does it cost?

Our prices are very reasonable compared to most banquet or meeting facilities. Please call for our rates and availability.
